Job Summary
Sri Satya Constructions is looking for an experienced Assistant Safety Officer / Safety Engineer to manage and monitor safety practices at high-rise residential construction projects.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in High-Rise Building Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and site safety standards.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections, toolbox talks and safety inductions.
- Ensure safe execution of high-risk activities including:
- Mivan / Aluminium Shuttering
- Work at Height
- Scaffolding
- Lifting & Material Handling
- Excavation
- Reinforcement & Concrete Works
- Electrical Activities
- Monitor PPE compliance among employees, workers and subcontractors.
- Inspect scaffolds, ladders, lifelines, safety nets, edge protection and working platforms.
- Ensure proper implementation of work-at-height and fall-protection systems.
- Identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct and maintain records of Safety Audits, Inspections and Safety Training.
- Support investigation of accidents, incidents and near-miss cases.
- Ensure proper availability and inspection of fire-fighting equipment and emergency arrangements.
- Monitor safety compliance of subcontractors and manpower agencies.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering and QA/QC teams to close safety observations.
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, training records and safety registers.
- Assist in emergency preparedness, evacuation drills and response procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction safety regulations and company HSE requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant construction safety experience.
- Mandatory High-Rise Building Construction experience.
- Experience in G+15 / G+20 or above residential projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Work at Height and Fall Protection.
- Good knowledge of Scaffolding, PPE, Lifting Operations and Fire Safety.
- Experience conducting Toolbox Talks, Safety Inductions and Site Inspections.
- Experience in subcontractor safety management.
- Valuable communication, coordination and reporting skills.
A recognized safety qualification such as ADIS / DIS / NEBOSH or equivalent will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates currently working on or having recent experience in G+15/G+20 and above high-rise residential projects, with direct exposure to Mivan shuttering operations, will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
