Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at the solar project site.
- Handle site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors, and other site teams.
- Monitor excavation, foundation, PCC/RCC, structural foundations, road work, drainage, fencing, and other civil works.
- Check quality and quantity of construction materials and ensure work is carried out as per required standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and work updates.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager regarding site requirements and progress.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials at the site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper site documentation.

Required Qualification





- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction / solar projects / EPC projects.
- Good knowledge of basic civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Candidate Preference

- Only local candidates from Nawa,Jaipur, Rajasthan or nearby areas are preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at a solar project site.
- Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
