Purpose of the Role

1. Establish robust quality system in Cylindrical parts & Flats manufacturing

2. Elimination of internal and external customer complaints in Cylindrical parts & Flats manufacturing

3. Reduction of COPQ value in Cylindrical parts & Flats manufacturing

4. Establish measuring facility.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Review the control plan preparation ( QCPC) for Critical parts

- Introduce control plan ( QCPC) for Critical parts

- Establish the quality system in Cylindrical parts manufacturing

- Review the NPD/Design change drawing and approve in Team centre

- Conduct PNCAT at Cylindrical parts manufacturing

- Review the Non confirmity at Quarantine area

- Training to improve the skill level

- Achieve process capability (> 1.33) of CTQ parameters





- Review the AFR action in Quick fix

- Conduct the process Audit

- Conduct annual Validation for Critical / Technological parts

- Periodic performance review with team members

- Implement firewall inspection station

- Review the calibration pending status and escilate to concern

- Implement easy measuring facility with multi gauge system

- Review Anual validation for CTC items

- Review Product Process Change Note

Review CFT / QC projects
