Job Profile

RK Life Care Inc. is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Chemist to handle production activities in our Dry Injection Manufacturing Plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs.
- Handle manufacturing operations for Dry Powder / Lyophilized Injections.
- Ensure production activities are carried out as per GMP and SOP requirements.
- Perform dispensing, manufacturing, solution preparation and other assigned production activities.
- Monitor critical process parameters during manufacturing.
- Maintain proper documentation and production records.
- Follow gowning, hygiene and cleanroom practices.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and Warehouse/Stores departments.
- Ensure proper line clearance and area readiness before manufacturing activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of production areas.




- Report deviations, abnormalities and process-related issues to seniors.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.

Qualification

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. or relevant pharmaceutical qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Candidates with Dry Injection / Sterile / Lyophilized Injection manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Practical knowledge of GMP, SOPs and BMR documentation.
- Experience in cleanroom operations.
- Knowledge of sterile/Dry Injection manufacturing processes preferred.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Production, QA and QC teams.

Candidate Preference

Candidates having previous experience in a Dry Injection Manufacturing Plant will be given preference.
