Role Overview:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will manage and grow the brand’s business on Amazon.com (USA). The role focuses on driving sales, optimizing listings, managing advertising, ensuring operational excellence, and building a strong relationship with Amazon teams and the distributor while achieving revenue and profitability targets

Key Responsibilities

- Own the P&L; and end-to-end business performance on Amazon.com.
- Manage product listings, catalog accuracy, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
- Optimize content (titles, bullets, A+ content, images) to improve conversions and organic ranking.
- Lead advertising strategy (PLA, DSP, brand stores) to improve ROAS and scale growth.
- Track key metrics: sales, traffic, conversion, ACOS, inventory health, forecasting.
- Manage account health—policy compliance, claims, reviews, and seller performance.
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and creative teams for smooth execution.




- Monitor competition and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Plan and execute major sale events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.).
- Work closely with Amazon brand reps, account managers, and support teams.

Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5+ years of experience managing Amazon.com or global Amazon marketplaces for a brand or agency.
- Robust understanding of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
- Hands-on expertise in PPC, listing optimization, keyword research, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and Amazon reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across content, supply chain, operations, and finance.
