Job Description

SHAM INSTITUTE is looking for a Lecturer – Hospitality & Aviation to teach and train students in Hospitality, Front Office, Cruise, and Aviation subjects as per the SHAM INSTITUTE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver classroom and practical sessions according to the institute curriculum.

· Prepare and conduct lectures, assignments, practical activities, and assessments.

· Guide and mentor students in academic and industry-related skills.

· Use practical industry knowledge and examples to enhance student learning.

· Maintain student records and coordinate with the academic team.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality,



Hotel Management, Aviation, Tourism, Travel & Tourism, BBA/MBA, or a related field.

· Teaching or training experience is preferred.

· Relevant industry experience in Hospitality, Aviation, Cruise, Hotel, Front Office, or Tourism will be an added advantage.

· Good English communication and presentation skills.

· Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.

Salary

As per SHAM INSTITUTE norms.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
