We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Architect / Interior Designer with 2–3 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in interior design.

The candidate will be responsible for interior design concepts, space planning, 2D working drawings, 3D visualization, material selection, client coordination and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts.
- Prepare mood boards, furniture layouts, colour schemes and material concepts.
- Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Prepare realistic 3D views and renders for client presentations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings for interior execution.
- Develop furniture, cabinetry, ceiling, lighting, flooring and wall treatment details.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters and vendors.
- Visit project sites and monitor execution as per approved drawings.
- Identify site issues and provide practical design and technical solutions.
- Select materials, finishes, colours and textures according to project requirements.
- Attend client meetings and incorporate approved design changes.
- Coordinate drawings with ongoing site work and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure drawings,



revisions and design work are completed within deadlines.

Required Skills:

- Architecture degree/diploma with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and interest in Interior Design.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D software.
- Ability to create 3D models and realistic renders.
- Solid working drawing and detailing skills.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes and construction methods.
- Understanding of furniture and modular detailing.
- Good site supervision and execution knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
