About the Role

We are looking for a hybrid creator and educator to join our team building Hoshiyaar Science—an engaging, character-driven learning experience for CBSE Grade 6-8 students.

This is not a traditional content-writing job in a vacuum. You will work side-by-side with our team and an AI drafting partner to transform standard textbook chapters into lively micro-concepts, memorable comic scripts, and rigorous, exam-aligned practice questions.

We value teaching intuition over copywriting pedigree. The ideal candidate has spent time in a classroom knowing what trips students up on exams, paired with a natural flair for writing engaging narratives and dialogue.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

- Collaborate with AI to write:
- Comic-Style Teaching Scripts: Create character dialogue, scene beats, and humor for our recurring cast (Hoshi, Babloo, Ruhaan, and Myra) to explain core science micro-concepts.
- Exam-Aligned Practice Questions: Build rigorous questions across multiple formats (MCQ, fill-in-the-blanks, assertion-reason, matching columns, application-based) that mirror actual CBSE exam patterns.
- Ensure Curriculum Coverage: Review source textbooks page-by-page to guarantee complete coverage without skipping key details or introducing unsupported facts.
- Audit and Refine:



Rigorously cross-check questions against teaching scripts to catch and eliminate gaps or ambiguities.
- Craft Memory Hooks: Write historical anecdotes, mnemonics, and "Did you know?" facts that make complex scientific concepts stick.
- Team Alignment: Participate in in-office days twice a week for joint reviews, roadmap prioritization, and difficulty calibration.

Must-Haves

- Classroom & Subject Expertise: Hands-on experience teaching CBSE Science for Grades 6–8, or deep, practical familiarity with the syllabus and exam patterns. (A B.Ed or M.Ed is helpful, but genuine classroom familiarity is what matters most).
- Versatile Writing Craft: Robust, natural English writing ability that can seamlessly transition between punchy character dialogue and precise technical explanations.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to fact-checking, editing, and spotting errors in your own work and AI-generated drafts.
- AI-Forward Workflow: Comfort and enthusiasm for directing, prompting, and quality-controlling AI-generated drafts to accelerate output.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra
