- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for professional YouTube thumbnail design, photo manipulation, compositing, and visual enhancement.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for professional long-form YouTube video editing.
- Ability to create high-CTR, visually compelling YouTube thumbnails aligned with audience psychology, branding, and content themes.
- Experience editing 15–30+ minute YouTube videos with solid pacing, visual flow, and audience-retention awareness.
- Ability to professionally work with and enhance AI-generated images, video clips, and other creative assets.
- Strong skills in photo manipulation, image compositing, retouching, and creative visual effects.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics, text animation, transitions, and visual effects.




- Ability to accurately synchronize voice-over, visuals, background music, sound effects, and on-screen elements.
- Understanding of YouTube-focused editing principles, including viewer retention, visual storytelling, pacing, thumbnail consistency, and content presentation.
- Ability to maintain consistent visual quality and brand style across multiple videos and thumbnails.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
