Job Title: Recycling Operator

Department: Waste Management/Recycling

EXPRIENCE : 0-3 YEAR

SALARY : 15,000 - 20,000

Key Responsibilities

1. Sorting and Separation: Sort and separate recyclable materials (e.g., paper, plastic, glass, metal) from non-recyclable materials.

2. Material Handling: Operate machinery and equipment (e.g., conveyor belts, sorting machines) to move materials through the recycling process.

3. Quality Control: Inspect materials for contamination and remove non-recyclable items.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on recycling equipment.

5. Safety Protocols: Follow safety procedures and regulations to prevent injuries and ensure a protected working environment.

Requirements

1. Education: High school diploma or Engineering

2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in recycling, waste management or a related field.

3. Skills:



Attention to detail, physical stamina, communication and teamwork skills.

4. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Working Conditions

1. Recycling facility or waste management setting.

2. Exposure to noise, dust and varying temperatures.

3. Physical demands: lifting, bending, standing.

4. Rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

5. Overtime as needed.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
