Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to manage day-to-day operations at our furniture manufacturing factory.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily production activities and targets.
- Manage factory manpower and allocate work efficiently.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores and Project teams.
- Ensure production as per drawings, BOQ, quality and timelines.
- Monitor raw material usage, wastage and production costs.
- Maintain production reports and MIS.
- Identify production issues and ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain quality, safety, discipline and housekeeping in the factory.

Requirements





- 3–4 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
- Furniture factory / modular furniture / interior manufacturing experience preferred.
- Candidates with other factory/manufacturing experience can also apply.
- Valuable manpower management and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Location: Matawala Bagh, Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
