Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily fabrication production
- Manage manpower and allocate work
- Handle welding, cutting, fitting, grinding & assembly activities
- Achieve production targets and maintain quality
- Read and understand fabrication drawings
- Maintain production reports and records
- Ensure workplace safety standards
- Coordinate with Production, Quality & Maintenance teams

Candidate Profile:

5–6 years of relevant fabrication experience
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes
Good manpower handling skills
Knowledge of fabrication drawings & measurements
Good communication and problem-solving skills
