We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating qualified candidates throughout the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong candidate-handling abilities, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews.
- Assess candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate technical and HR interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Discuss job opportunities, responsibilities, compensation, and employment details.
- Negotiate compensation and assist with offer closures.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment database.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR Recruitment, IT Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for technical/IT positions is preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, ATS, or similar recruitment platforms is a plus.
- U.S. or international recruitment experience is an advantage.
