- Supervise daily production and achieve production targets.

- Allocate work and manage manpower effectively.

- Monitor quality, productivity, and machine performance.

- Ensure safety, discipline, 5S, and housekeeping.

- Maintain production and shift reports.

- Coordinate with Managers and Maintenance team.

- Train and guide employees.

- Identify and resolve production issues promptly.

- Ensure smooth shift handover and workflow.

Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any relevant qualification.

- Experience: 0–5 years in Textile / Manufacturing industry.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to manage workers and handle shifts.

- Knowledge of production, quality, and safety procedures.
