Senior Associate - Advisory

Qualification: CA Inter Qualified
Experience: 3–5 years
Joining: Immediate
Probation Period: 6 months

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Advisory team as a Senior Associate.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with businesses on finance transformation, process improvement, systems implementation, financial reporting, and advisory engagements while taking ownership of key deliverables and coordinating with teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- System implementation & SOP documentation
- Finance process review & audit
- Payroll & HR process implementation – Zoho Payroll & Zoho People
- Team management & monthly P&L; reporting

Technical Proficiency

- Tally & Zoho Books
- Zoho Payroll & Zoho People
- Advanced MS Excel
- Understanding of GST & Income Tax
- Sound knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and reconciliations
