eCommerce Manager – Online Sales

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to grow our online sales.

Your main responsibility will be to bring more customers to our website and convert them into sales. This is a target-based role for someone who understands digital marketing, online shopping and customer behaviour.

Your Responsibilities

- Increase website sales and achieve monthly targets
- Manage products, prices, offers and website content
- Improve product pages and the customer checkout journey
- Manage Google Ads, Google Shopping, SEO and email campaigns
- Create attractive offers, bundles and landing pages
- Reduce abandoned carts and improve conversion rates
- Track website traffic, sales and advertising performance
- Use GA4 and other tools to understand customer behaviour
- Work with the sales, marketing and development teams
- Provide a clear weekly report on performance and results

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in an eCommerce role
- Proven success in increasing online sales
- Experience with Magento, Shopify or similar platforms




- Good knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping and SEO
- Experience with email marketing and remarketing
- Able to understand sales reports and website data
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets
- Able to take responsibility and deliver results

Experience in technology, retail, hospitality or B2B eCommerce would be helpful.
