About the Role

IND Global Realty is looking for a Web Developer & SEO Specialist who can manage our website, improve organic search visibility, and help position our brand across Google Search and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand both the technical side of websites and the evolving world of SEO, AI Search, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and organic lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Website Management

- Develop, maintain, and optimize the company website.
- Build and optimize property pages, project pages, landing pages, blogs, and lead-generation pages.
- Ensure the website is fast, mobile-friendly, technically sound, and user-friendly.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, broken links, indexing problems, redirects, and website errors.
- Improve website structure, navigation, internal linking, and overall user experience.
- Implement technical improvements that support search engine and AI crawler accessibility.
- Work closely with the Content and Marketing teams on website requirements.

SEO & Organic Growth

- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research for Dubai real estate, property investment, projects, communities, and related search terms.
- Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content, internal links, images, and structured data.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify opportunities to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword rankings, organic traffic,



and conversions.
- Develop and manage backlink and digital PR strategies.
- Optimize website content for local SEO and Dubai/UAE property searches.

AI Search & GEO

- Develop strategies to improve the company's visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
- Optimize website content so that it is structured, clear, authoritative, and easily understood by AI search systems.
- Explore Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and emerging AI search optimization techniques.
- Structure content to increase the likelihood of the brand, projects, and expertise being surfaced in AI-generated search results.
- Implement relevant schema markup / structured data, entity optimization, FAQs, and other techniques that improve machine understanding of website content.
- Monitor how the company and its property content appear across emerging AI search platforms and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with developments in AI search, Google AI features, search algorithms, GEO, and SEO best practices.

Analytics & Performance

- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, website engagement, leads, and conversions.




- Monitor SEO and website performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Use data to continuously improve website content, technical performance, and organic lead generation.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Web Development and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Robust understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Understanding of GEO / AI Search Optimization is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
- Understanding of local SEO and Google Business-related optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage website development and SEO activities.
- Experience in real estate, property, digital marketing, or lead-generation websites will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
