Job Description

Al Baith Restaurant is looking for an experienced and responsible Main Chef to join our restaurant kitchen team in Muvattupuzha.

The ideal candidate should have prior restaurant kitchen experience and be capable of independently handling main kitchen responsibilities while maintaining food quality, taste, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain consistent food quality and taste.
- Handle main kitchen responsibilities independently.
- Ensure proper food preparation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Manage kitchen work responsibly and efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Coordinate kitchen activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Take responsibility for kitchen operations and assigned duties.

Requirements





- Previous restaurant kitchen experience is required.
- Experience as a Main Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role is preferred.
- Ability to handle kitchen responsibilities independently.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Strong sense of food quality, taste, and hygiene.
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work.
- Willingness to work long-term.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience and skills.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Working Days: 7 days a week
