We are looking for a responsible and motivated Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for timely payment collection, customer follow-ups, maintaining accurate collection records, and achieving monthly collection targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Collect customer payments on time through field visits and follow-ups.

Visit customers when required for payment collection.

Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.

Maintain accurate and updated collection records.

Submit daily collection reports to the concerned team.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.

Requirements

Plus Two or above.





Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Basic smartphone knowledge.

Previous experience in collections, finance, banking, or a related field is an advantage.

Willingness to work in the field and travel as required.
