Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly

- Source and screen candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn,

etc.) and social media platforms

- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fitment

- Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups

- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers

- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients for long-term

engagement

- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the given TAT (Turnaround Time)

- Provide regular reports and updates to management on hiring status

Skills Required:

- 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house)

- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized





- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
