Job Description: Heat Treatment Manager

- Industry: Steel, Automobile ,Heavy Machinery , Turbine, Gear Box

Job Summary

Responsible for heading the Heat Treatment department, managing furnace operations, ensuring metallurgical quality, and leading the shop-floor team to achieve production targets with zero defects.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Control: Oversee cycles like Annealing, Normalizing, Quenching, and Hardening.
- Furnace Management: Monitor temperature, soaking time, and furnace atmospheres.
- Quality Assurance: Check hardness and microstructure; analyze and reduce rejections.
- Team Leadership: Manage operators, technicians, and enforce strict safety SOPs.
- Maintenance: Coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance of furnaces.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of practical experience in heat treatment.
- Robust knowledge of steel properties and heat treatment defects.
- Hands-on experience with furnace controls and pyrometry equipment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
