Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Infertility Counsellor to join our team at the Preet Vihar branch .

*Educate patients about fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor programs, surrogacy, etc.) in straightforward, understandable terms.
*Provide empathetic, confidential, and qualified counselling to couples and individuals undergoing fertility evaluation or treatment.
*Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.
Maintain regular follow-up calls or messages to track patient progress and ensure compliance with treatment plans.
*Handle patient queries empathetically — both in person and through phone or digital channels.
