Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential customers, explaining our training programs, and converting prospects into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, messages, social media, references, and field activities.
- Contact prospective students/customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain Cross Learning’s courses, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and convincing personality.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Freshers can apply; experience in sales, education, or training industry will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are comfortable with calling and customer interaction are preferred.
