Quarry Billing Staff

Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Thrissur, Kerala

We are looking for a Quarry Billing Staff to handle day-to-day billing and dispatch documentation at our quarry/stone and aggregates business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with bills, customer payments, vehicle details, and basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily sales bills and invoices for quarry products such as metal, M-sand, rubble, and aggregates.
- Enter and maintain customer, vehicle, material, quantity, and rate details accurately.
- Prepare delivery notes, receipts, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with quarry, loading, and dispatch staff to ensure correct billing.
- Maintain daily records of sales, collections, credit sales, and outstanding payments.
- Check vehicle numbers, material quantities, rates, and customer details before issuing bills.
- Maintain proper records of cash and digital payments.
- Handle customer billing enquiries and provide invoices when required.
- Enter billing information into Tally Prime / accounting software / MS Excel.




- Maintain daily billing and sales reports.
- Assist the accounts team with basic accounting and documentation.
- Ensure all billing records are properly filed and maintained.
- Perform other billing and administrative duties related to quarry operations.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of billing and accounting.
- Experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain records and handle multiple billing transactions.
- Previous experience in a quarry, crusher, construction materials, or similar business is an advantage.
- Freshers with basic accounting/computer knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Qualification:

- Degree.
- Previous billing or accounts experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
