About the Role
BTRAC is looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and support the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and prospective learners regarding courses and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with leads
- Conduct counselling calls and meetings
- Explain course structure, duration, fees, and learning outcomes
- Support the admission and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate lead and student records
- Coordinate with faculty and management teams

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive understanding of student counselling and admissions
- Solid listening and presentation skills
- Malayalam and English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience in academic counselling, education sales, or telecalling is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹10,389.60 - ₹20,000.00 per month
