About ASK Textile Testing Lab

ASK Textile Testing Lab is a professional textile testing laboratory serving garment manufacturers, exporters, buying houses and global brands. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our laboratory and customer-service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain customer, sample and testing-related data accurately.
- Prepare and update laboratory records and test-related documents.
- Enter test results and information into the laboratory system/software.
- Prepare reports, worksheets and supporting documentation.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before final submission.
- Maintain proper digital and physical records of samples and reports.
- Coordinate with laboratory technicians and customer-service teams for missing information.
- Handle Excel sheets, email communication and routine data-management activities.
- Track sample status and report-related information.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer and laboratory data.
- Support general administrative and documentation activities when required.





Candidate Profile

- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good numerical and data-handling skills.
- Ability to work systematically and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with data-entry, back-office, documentation or laboratory experience will be preferred.
