About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Doctor (MBBS+MD) to join FOXO and work closely with our members on preventive health, health optimisation and longevity.

You will assess members based on their medical history, lifestyle, health goals, diagnostic reports and other relevant health information. You will identify health risks, manage clinical concerns and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations.

You will also work with our nutrition, coaching, science and product teams to improve how we deliver care and contribute to FOXO’s clinical protocols and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed clinical assessments covering medical history, lifestyle, health goals and relevant health data.
- Review and interpret diagnostic reports, medical records and other health information.
- Identify health risks and key areas that require intervention.
- Manage complex cases and make appropriate clinical decisions.
- Provide personalised, evidence-based health recommendations.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations and explain medical findings and recommendations clearly to members.
- Follow up on member progress and modify recommendations when required.
- Identify cases that require specialist consultation, further investigation or escalation.
- Work closely with nutritionists, coaches, scientists and product teams to provide coordinated care.
- Help develop and improve clinical protocols, assessment frameworks and care processes.
- Participate in clinical case discussions and mentor junior doctors when required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow medical, ethical and regulatory standards.
- Identify gaps in clinical processes and suggest ways to improve the member experience and quality of care.

What We’re Looking For:





- MBBS+MD with valid medical registration.
- 6+ years of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Experience handling complex cases.
- Ability to review medical and diagnostic data and convert it into clear recommendations.
- Good understanding of clinical documentation, patient safety and medical ethics.
- Experience with EHR/EMR or digital health systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors and non-clinical teams.
- A high level of ownership and comfort working in a growing, fast-paced organisation.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

- Experience in preventive health, lifestyle medicine, metabolic health or NCD management.
- Certification or formal training in Lifestyle Medicine, NCD Management, Functional Medicine or a related area.
- Experience working with advanced diagnostics or digital health platforms.
- Experience developing clinical protocols or care pathways.
- Experience mentoring junior doctors or conducting clinical case reviews.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setup.
- Genuine interest in preventive healthcare and longevity.
