Requirements
We are looking for a hands-on Zendesk Developer/Administrator with strong experience in Zendesk configuration, business rules (Triggers, Automations, SLAs, Views, and Macros), REST APIs, and third-party integrations. The assessment will evaluate practical problem-solving skills, platform best practices, troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to design scalable support solutions. Candidates with real-world implementation experience and strong technical fundamentals will be shortlisted.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
