Position: Industrial Security Manager

Location: Karjan Vadodara

Type: Full time

Responsibilities

- Ensure overall security of plant, assets, manpower, and materials
- Supervise security guards, supervisors, and agencies
- Implement 24/7 surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
- Monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Identify risks, conduct audits, and implement preventive strategies
- Handle theft, pilferage, misconduct, and security breaches
- Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Manage and train security personnel
- Monitor material movement and prevent unauthorized dispatch
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate with authorities
