Accounts Executive

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Crusher, Transport, Mining or Construction industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of day-to-day accounting, billing, transport-related expenses and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
- Handle purchase, sales, billing and expense entries.
- Maintain transporter/vendor accounts and payment records.
- Manage diesel, vehicle, freight and transportation expenses.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash transactions.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain receivable/payable records.
- Maintain proper records of vehicles,



trips and transport-related expenses.
- Assist in monthly reports and account closing.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in accounting software.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of Accounts experience.
- Experience in Crusher / Transport / Mining / Construction industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally/Accounting Software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation.
- Good understanding of billing, ledger, bank reconciliation and vendor/customer accounts.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage accounts independently.
