Job Description

Role Over View:

Support end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, compliance,

payroll coordination, HRIS maintenance, recruitment support and employee engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage onboarding, induction, documentation and exit formalities.

- Maintain employee records and HRIS.

- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and perks.

- Support recruitment and interview scheduling.





- Handle employee queries and HR letters.

- Prepare HR reports and MIS.

- Support audits and process improvements.

Required Skills:

- Labor law and HR compliance knowledge.

- Payroll and HRIS experience.

- Strong communication skills.

- MS Excel proficiency.

- Confidentiality and problem-solving skills.

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. MBA HR preferred.
