About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern who is genuinely interested in pursuing a career in litigation and court practice.

We are a litigation-focused law firm, and the intern will get practical exposure to court proceedings, drafting, filing, legal research, case preparation and day-to-day litigation work.

This opportunity is suitable for a candidate who wants to gain hands-on experience in litigation rather than limiting their internship to research or office-based work.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Pursuing an LL.B. degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Solid interest in pursuing litigation as a career
- Willingness to regularly attend courts and travel for legal assignments
- Good legal research and drafting skills
- Basic understanding of legal procedures and court functioning
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work responsibly under deadlines
- Must have a personal laptop for work
- Candidates who are specifically interested in litigation practice will be preferred

Role & Responsibilities

- Assisting in court-related work and attending court proceedings
- Legal research on ongoing matters
- Assisting with drafting of legal documents, applications and pleadings




- Assisting in preparation of cases and case briefs
- Court filing and follow-up work
- Preparing and organising case documents
- Monitoring matters and maintaining case updates
- Assisting advocates and seniors with day-to-day litigation assignments
- Travelling to courts, offices and other locations as required
- Supporting the team in ongoing litigation matters

Stipend & Travelling

The selected candidate will receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000, along with travelling expenses for official court and work-related travel, as applicable.

Full-Time Opportunity

The internship will initially be for a period of 6 months.

Candidates who demonstrate good performance, dedication, litigation skills and a strong work ethic during the internship may be considered for a full-time position after completion of 6 months.

The compensation for the full-time position will be determined based on the candidate's performance, skills and suitability for the role, with the pay scale increasing accordingly.
