Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Member to support the day-to-day operations of the store, assist customers, maintain product displays, and ensure smooth department operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product information and selection.
- Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Check stock levels and support replenishment.
- Follow FIFO and proper storage practices.
- Assist with receiving, arranging, and checking products.
- Ensure products are properly labelled and priced.
- Support billing and other store activities when required.
- Follow store SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.




- Coordinate with the Department Manager and team for daily operations.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th pass; relevant retail experience preferred.
- 1 –3 years of experience in retail, grocery, gourmet, or FMCG.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in shifts.
