Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create attractive graphics, videos, social media content, and marketing creatives for our real estate projects and company branding.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

- Create creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Design project-related creatives for real estate campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colours, and overall design style.
- Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Make revisions in designs based on feedback from the marketing team.

Video Editing

- Edit reels, promotional videos, property/project videos, walkthrough videos and advertisements.
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
- Add text, transitions, music, effects, subtitles and voiceovers where required.
- Edit raw footage provided by the sales/marketing team.
- Ensure videos are professional,



engaging and suitable for social media marketing.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of After Effects and Canva will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media design and video trends.
- Basic knowledge of typography, colour combinations, layouts and branding.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree/Certification in Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Animation, Video Editing or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing and video editing.
- Real estate, digital marketing or advertising industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
