Boys Hostel Warden Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and caring Boys Hostel Warden to supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of students residing in the boys' hostel. The warden will be responsible for student safety, discipline, routine management, and maintaining a positive and supportive hostel environment. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor students throughout hostel hours. - Ensure discipline, safety, cleanliness, and proper conduct of students. - Maintain daily attendance and hostel records. - Monitor students during study hours, meals, recreation, and bedtime. - Ensure students follow hostel rules and daily schedules. - Address students' routine concerns and provide appropriate guidance and support. - Coordinate with teachers, hostel staff, school administration, and parents when required. - Report any disciplinary, health, safety, or emergency concerns to the concerned authority immediately. - Conduct regular hostel inspections and ensure proper use of hostel facilities. - Ensure students maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of rooms and common areas. - Assist in organizing hostel activities, celebrations, and educational/recreational programs.



- Handle emergencies responsibly and follow the school's safety and child-protection policies. - Maintain confidentiality regarding students and school matters. - Perform other hostel-related duties assigned by the school administration. Eligibility & Requirements - Graduate in any discipline preferred. - Previous experience in a school/hostel/residential institution will be an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Solid sense of responsibility and discipline. - Ability to handle adolescents calmly and professionally. - Basic computer and record-keeping skills preferred. - Must be willing to stay in the school/hostel premises if required.
