We seek a strategic Outreach Manager/Team Lead to grow partnerships, scale student outreach, and lead a high-performing team.Position OverviewYou will drive growth and lead, mentor, and expand the outreach team. Your role includes building relationships with educational and community partners, ensuring team engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities.

Strategic Outreach planning along with team leading. Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with educational institutions, students, parents, and related organization.

Establish partnerships, MoUs, and tie-ups with schools, colleges, and corporate partners. Organise school webinars, events, workshops, and info sessions to increase awareness.

Monitor outreach metrics for continuous improvement.Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and train outreach staff. Set performance goals and outreach schedules. Oversee workflows, conduct reviews, and coach team members. Foster a collaborative, energetic team culture.





Requirements & Qualifications.

3–5 years in sales, business development, partnerships, or student outreach, with 1–2 years in team leadership (preferably in EdTech or Education).

Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational abilities. Proven success in outreach, networking, and stakeholder relationships.
