Position: HR Executive – Payroll, Compliance & Field Activities

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive who can independently handle day-to-day HR activities, including salary processing, statutory compliance, government liaison work and client office visits.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in both an office environment and the field. The role requires regular coordination with employees, clients, government departments and statutory authorities.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, attendance, leave, deductions, overtime, and employee salary queries.
- Manage monthly PF and ESIC calculations, filings, documentation and related employee queries.
- Coordinate with and visit PF, ESIC, PT, and other government offices for submissions, follow-ups, and compliance-related matters.
- Handle PF, ESIC and PT-related documentation,



correspondence, and statutory requirements.
- Submit required forms, documents and statutory returns to the concerned government authorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for government and statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records of government submissions, acknowledgements, notices and official correspondence.
- Support statutory inspections, verifications and other requirements from government authorities.
- Maintain skilled coordination and communication with government officials and statutory departments.
- Visit client offices to coordinate HR, payroll, attendance, compliance, and employee-related requirements.
- Maintain employee records, joining and exit formalities, attendance, leave, HR documentation, recruitment support, and HR MIS reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
