The CTL Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the Cut-to-Length (CTL) line to process metal coils into sheets according to production specifications. The operator ensures product quality, maintains machine efficiency, follows safety procedures, and performs routine maintenance to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate the CTL/Slitting machine according to production requirements.
- Load Metal coils using approptiate material handling equipments.
- Adjust machine settings for thickness, width, and sheet length as per work orders.
- Monitor machine performance during operation and make necessary adjustments.
- Production prevention data, material handling raw material consumption, and machine downtime.

Technical Skills:





- Knowledge of CTL Machine operation(decoiler, leveler, feeder,shear,stacker).
- Ability to set coil width, thickness, and sheet length.
- Understanding of CTL/Slitting machine operating.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, steel rulers, and measuring tapes.

Quality Skills:

- Check Sheet dimensions(Length,width & Squareness)
- Identify all defects such as scratches,dents,camber,burrs and edge damage.
- Maintain Quality check records.

Operational Skills:

- Monitor machine performances and production output.
- Minimizes scrap and material wastages.
- Coordinate with quality,maintenance and Production Shift-Incharge.

Safety Skills:

- Good knowledge of all Safety related 5s

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
