· On-Site Management: Supervise daily execution of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and painting works.
· Drawing Verification: Read, interpret, and implement detailed 2D working drawings, layout plans, and sections accurately in office.
· Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with multiple vendors, sub-contractors, and carpenters to ensure progress matches the timeline.
· Quality Control: Perform strict quality checks on finishes, alignment, materials, and workmanship to avoid rework.
· Material Tracking: Track material requirements, verify deliveries on site, and prevent wastage or shortage.
· Reporting: Provide daily or weekly progress reports, including site photographs, to the project manager or designer.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,394.22 per month
