About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Shopify Manager to manage and oversee our Shopify website and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Shopify website management, product listing, catalog management, website updates, team handling, and e-commerce operations. This is a managerial role and does not primarily require website development or coding expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Shopify website operations, including product listings, catalog, pricing, collections, and content updates.
- Manage and monitor the e-commerce team, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution.
- Handle Shopify apps, integrations, inventory, orders, and website updates.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, sales, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, inventory, and external developers/agencies.
- Identify website issues and ensure timely resolution and smooth website functioning.

Requirements





- 4+ years of experience in Shopify / E-commerce Management.
- Hands-on experience in Shopify website management, product listing, catalog, inventory, and order management.
- Experience in team handling, Shopify apps, integrations, and website updates.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and website optimization.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in fashion, jewellery, retail, or D2C e-commerce will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Shopify Website Management, Product Listing & Catalog Management, and E-commerce Operations.
- Team Management, Inventory & Order Management, and Shopify Apps & Integrations.
- SEO, Website Optimization, Google Analytics & E-commerce Analytics.
- Basic UI/UX understanding and coordination with developers/agencies.
