What You'll Do

- Own social media and performance creatives for multiple corporate & startup brands across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube.
- Strategy → Ideas → Content → Execution → Analytics → Repeat
- Work closely with designers, video editors and performance marketing teams to take content from idea to execution.
- Come up with content ideas across formats — from everyday social posts to high-concept campaigns.
- Write scripts and briefs that turn ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content.

Your First 90 Days

- Independently own the social media handles of at least 2 clients, from planning to execution and reporting.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing Leads to develop static creatives and video scripts for Meta campaigns for at least 1 client.
- Consistently generate ~15 content ideas a week, ranging from easy,



trend-led ideas to more strategic and campaign-led concepts.

We're Looking For

- Excellent script writing & storytelling skills
- A strong eye for design, composition, typography & visual quality
- Comfortable working with Canva, CapCut or similar tools (good to have)
- Strong written & verbal English communication
- Ability to manage multiple clients and take end-to-end ownership
