TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Workday Payroll & Advanced Compensation Lead Consultant with solid expertise in US Payroll and Workday Advanced Compensation.

The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations and possess both functional and technical expertise across payroll operations, compensation strategy, compliance, merit cycles, bonus planning, and Workday optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday Payroll

- Lead Workday Payroll configuration and optimization.
- Manage payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, benefits integration, and retro processing.
- Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, payroll security, and payroll accounting.
- Support year-end payroll activities and compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve payroll-related issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support integration with downstream payroll and enterprise systems.

US Payroll Expertise

Strong knowledge of:

- Federal, state, and local tax rules
- FLSA and wage & hour regulations
- Garnishments
- W-2 processing
- Payroll adjustments and tax amendments
- Payroll compliance and reconciliation

Lead the configuration and optimization of:

- Security Configuration
- Reporting and Analytics

Required Experience

- 10+ years of Workday Payroll experience
- 5+ years of Workday Advanced Compensation experience
- Multiple successful end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations
- Experience working in large enterprise payroll environments
- Strong experience with Workday Payroll and downstream integrations
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll processes and compliance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
