Job Description – Influencer Marketing Executive

Location: Sector 37, Gurgaon
Salary Budget: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–3 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to identify, onboard, and manage influencer collaborations that build brand visibility and drive engagement. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer ecosystems (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers/content creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) based on campaign goals
- Reach out, negotiate rates, and onboard influencers for brand campaigns
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution — briefing, content approval, posting schedules, and follow-ups
- Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI) and prepare reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and competitor influencer activity




- Coordinate with internal marketing/content teams for aligned messaging and creatives
- Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure timely payments/invoicing
- Assist in drafting briefs, contracts, and campaign calendars

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Valuable negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of campaign analytics/reporting tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for trending content
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

Preferred

- Prior experience working with a beauty brand, agency, or D2C company on influencer campaigns
- Existing network/connects with influencers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
