Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)

Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our construction sites. With 3 to 5 years of experience, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design blueprints and practical site execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can maintain stringent quality control, coordinate with diverse contractor teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure execution matches engineering blueprints, specifications, and project timelines.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular structural and material inspections to guarantee strict compliance with industry standards, structural drawings, and safety regulations.
- Resource Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact on-site, aligning tasks between subcontractors, laborers, architects, and the Project Manager.
- Billing & Estimation: Perform precise material take-offs, estimate required quantities, and verify subcontractor measurement sheets and running account (RA) bills.
- Problem Solving:



Diagnose engineering anomalies or execution errors on the fly and implement swift, cost-effective technical fixes.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain precise digital site diaries, tracking material logs, labor attendance, and daily progress to report back to senior stakeholders.
- Safety Protocols: Enforce strict health, environment, and safety policies on-site, resolving potential safety hazards immediately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven site engineering experience, ideally focusing on residential high-rises / commercial buildings / industrial warehouses / factories
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in interpreting structural blueprints, concrete layout plans, and cross-sections. Solid working knowledge of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Software: Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel for tracking measurements and schedules.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding team leadership, multi-tasking capabilities, and robust verbal communication skills to manage on-site work dynamics effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
