- Strong performance marketing skills, including campaign planning, optimization, and analysis across paid and organic digital channels.
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp and Instagram marketing, including audience segmentation, content scheduling, direct engagement, and community building.
- Proficiency in Canva for designing social media creatives, banners, and basic marketing collateral.
- Practical video editing skills for short-form content, reels, and promotional clips suitable for social platforms.
- Ability to interpret marketing analytics and derive actionable insights to improve campaigns and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of family and children-oriented audiences.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site in Jaipur.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field; prior experience in consumer or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced, collaborative environment and openness to experiment with new tools, formats, and platforms.
