Key Responsibilities

Production & Assembly

- Issue and manage raw material (RM) from stores as per production plan and BOM.
- Oversee incoming/in-process/final QC in coordination with the QC function, ensuring product conformity at every stage.
- Execute and supervise product assembly strictly per approved SOPs and work instructions, meeting medical device quality requirements.
- Maintain line productivity, yield, and adherence to production schedules.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure all assembly and quality activities comply with applicable medical device standards (e.g., ISO 13485) and internal QMS.
- Maintain traceability, batch records, and documentation integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production-related non-conformances.

Documentation

- Prepare, maintain, and control production documents including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), device history records, and related logs.
- Author, review, and manage all production-department SOPs; keep them current and audit-ready.

Change Management





- Serve as the single point of responsibility for implementing any approved product or process change on the production floor, ensuring proper documentation, training, and validation before rollout.

Team & Culture

- Lead, supervise, and develop the production team, including shift planning, task allocation, and performance management.
- Build and sustain a positive work environment grounded in teamwork, discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Train team members on SOPs, quality standards, and safe working practices.

Must have:

1. Knowledge of PCB and electronics

2. Knowledge of wire crimping, harness etc.
3. Knowledge of product assembly
4. Knowledge about screws, nuts and other hardware and their material.

5. Experience of 2 years in a medical device company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
