We are looking for a polished and proactive Inside Sales & CRM Executive who can manage customer interactions with finesse while ensuring structured and efficient sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, driving conversions, and maintaining high-quality data practices.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Customer Engagement & Inside Sales
- ⁠Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on potential leads
- ⁠Drive conversions through effective and timely communication
- ⁠Build strong customer relationships and enhance overall experience
- ⁠Coordinate with the sales team for closures and execution

*CRM & Data Management*

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and lead records
- ⁠Track lead lifecycle, follow-ups, and conversion status




- ⁠Ensure structured documentation within CRM systems
- ⁠Generate reports and insights for management review

*Coordination & Support*

- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams
- ⁠Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups
- ⁠Support overall sales operations and efficiency

*What We’re Looking For*

- Excellent communication with a professional approach
- ⁠Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- ⁠High attention to detail and data accuracy
- ⁠Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- ⁠Customer-centric mindset with ownership

*Preferred Background*

Interiors, home décor, building materials, or premium retail experience is a plus
