Job Description – Marketing Executive (Field Marketing)

Position: Marketing Executive

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years (Field Sales/Marketing experience preferred)

Location: Jaipur (Field Role)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing Executive who will identify potential construction projects, visit construction sites, and meet with builders, contractors, architects, and other decision-makers to promote our Wires & Cables products. The role involves generating leads, scheduling meetings, and converting business opportunities through field visits.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate current leads from construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, and developers.

* Visit construction sites and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

* Present and promote the company's wires and cables products.

* Schedule and attend client meetings to develop business opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.





* Follow up on leads and update the sales pipeline.

* Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

* Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order closures.

* Prepare daily visit reports and lead updates.

Requirements

* Fresher to 3 years of experience in Field Marketing or Field Sales.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confidence in meeting clients and conducting field visits.

* Willingness to travel for local market visits.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Preferred

* Experience in the Wires & Cables, Electrical, Building Materials, or Construction industry will be an added advantage.

* Candidates with a two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
