Field Sales Executive – School Management Solutions | Commission Based

Location: Telangana | District-wise Opportunities

We are looking for professional, self-motivated sales executives across Telangana to promote and sell an educational product designed for students from Classes 6th to 10th and our School Management Solution to schools.

This is a commission-based opportunity for individuals who are confident in communication, comfortable meeting school management, and have strong sales and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify schools and potential decision-makers in your assigned district.
- Contact and meet school management, principals and administrators.
- Present and explain our student-focused product and School Management Solution.
- Understand the school's requirements and demonstrate the value of the product.
- Generate leads and convert schools into customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested schools.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings and sales.
- Build long-term relationships with schools.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with field sales / B2B sales / education sales experience preferred.




- Experience dealing with schools, colleges or educational institutions is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Must be comfortable with field visits and meeting school management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Candidates must be based in Telangana and preferably have good knowledge of their local district.

District-Wise Hiring

We are looking for candidates from different districts across Telangana.

You will primarily be responsible for developing school relationships and sales within your assigned territory.

More schools converted → More commission → Higher earning potential

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
