Take-home Salary: Approx. ₹15,000/month + PF & ESI
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Explain solar & electrical solutions to customers
- Schedule site-visit appointments
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales & calling targets
- Coordinate with field sales and technical teams
Requirements
✅ 12th Pass / Any Degree
✅ Freshers are welcome
✅ Good communication skills in Tamil
✅ Working knowledge of English/Hindi
✅ Basic computer & CRM knowledge
✅ Confident and persuasive telephone communication
✅ Willingness to build a career in sales
